PROGRAMMABLE TIMER & GSM MOBILE STARTER - FF01

As a farmer or an agriculturist you are already facing the shortage of water & power as well as manual labour.

The Filler-FF01 is designed to utilize the available power and water resources to reap the maximum benefits without much human intervention. It will also keep you informed about the happenings at your farm without your presence which helps you to manage and monitor the resources well.

The Filler – FF01 indigenously designed first of its kind 360 degree solution to the pumping problems of all sector of farming, like agriculture, floriculture, horticulture, drip irrigation, sprinkler systems and gardening etc., This is a microcontroller based device with advanced embedded software technology.

Filler – FF01 is a programmable timer with inbuilt battery backup, GSM (mobile) switching, temperature sensor, humidity sensor & rain sensor, compatible which helps you to utilize the water resources in the best manner only when it is absolutely necessary. Thus help you to reap better yield by monitoring minimum resources even without your presence.

FEATURES

Works on any Prepaid or postpaid GSM sim card with the existing mobile hand set of the grower.
Auto/manual mode. Missed call on/off for motor in manual mode or restart in auto mode.
In built battery back up with auto recharging which enables you to program your time settings even without power, which will come into operation once the power resumes. Will help you not to wait until power resumes & change your settings. Even in battery failure or no battery timer option in manual mode also enables you to program specified time for the motor to run and switch it on manually. Once the specified time is complete it will switch off automatically with SMS.
Programmable timer for automatic starting of the motor with period specified, time specified, day specified (Detailed in next para) with mobile interfacing & real time clock.
SMS will be sent for each operation with reason.
SMS sending facility for particular operation of the motor can be enabled or disabled.
For no mobile network areas hooter option is also available.
For the bore well with less yield high/lowcurrent sensing & cut off for motor with automatic restart. Flow sensor cut off with automatic restart can also be provided under certain condition.
Sensor option for the high & low level cut off in collection tank or source tank. (i.e., pond or a tank or a well in the farm)
Temperature sensor, humidity sensor, rain sensor compatible (Optional modules available at extra cost).
Auto start with SMS facility also available.
Backlit LCD display enables clear vision of display. This will help you to program, even when the power or any other light source is unavailable.

PERIOD SPECIFIED PROGRAMME

This programming will enable you to program the total amount of time you want the pump to be ON irrespective of the power cuts and Dry run. Filler-FF01 will memorize the time of non availability of water, power & complete the programmed period of pumping within the specified day or time. SMS for each operation ON/OFF with reason will be sent to keep you informed about the happenings in the farm or field. This will completely eliminate the manual or labor for monitoring the power and water availability ensuring the crop getting the required amount of water for the day.

The battery back up will enable you to program the timer even if the power is not available at the time of your presence in the farm & ensure the pump operation according to your program after the power resumes will also be informed by SMS. The same program can be done for a daily operation or the specified days of week or for alternate days or two days later up to 7 days once.

TIME SPECIFIED PROGRAM

This programming enables you to program the pump ON/OFF within the specified time of the day irrespective of the period it has pumped due to non availability of power and water.

Filler – FF01 cam be programmed for 24 different settings of ON/OFF during a day or you can set the same 24 settings in different days of the week. It can also be programmed for daily, alternate day, two days once up to max seven days once. You are ensured by an SMS on each operation of the pump that all your settings are accomplished at specified time.
