AUTOMATIC WATER LEVEL CONTROLLER CUM INDICATOR FILLER LC-01

APPLICATIONS.

1.SUMP TO OH TANK : for this particular unit apart from the regular features of sump level indication, OH tank indication, dry run protection, sump dry protection, high/low voltage cut off, Auto ON/OFF. We also have a special feature for where the UG sump is smaller than the OH tank or the corporation water supply is not regular (ie two days once or every three days). In this particular requirement the FILLER –LC-01 will ensure to topping the OH tank to 100% whenever the sump reaches the 100% mark. This will help you to collect the water in both the collection tanks to maximum without any manual intervention.

2. BORE TO SUMP or BORE TO OH TANK for this particular unit apart from the regular features of sump OH tank level indication, High/low voltage cut off, Dry run cut off, we also have a special dry run cut off Program which will be very useful for the bore well/wells with less yield connected to submersible pumps. This unit will have a dry run cut off time delay in the initial as 3 min or 5 min depending upon the time taken for the water to reach the OH tank, but once the water starts flowing in case the water flow stops before filling the tank or sump it will cut off pump with in 30sec or 45sec from the moment of flow stoppage. Again it will restart on its own according to the programmed 1hr, 2hr or 3hr & try to top up the tank. It will automatically keep trying until the OH tank or collection source is 100% full.
This will help you to collect maximum water from the yield available without any manual intervention. It will also help you to protect your pumps from burnouts due to dry running. The pump on time can also be restricted for only 10mins, 20mins, 30mins for every operation irrespective of the collection tank is full it will stop the restart after certain time delay.

AUTO CHANGEOVER : We can also provide a program which will operate both the motors alternating each other which will ensure both the sump water & bore / well water usage equally. Also it can be programmed according to required ratio like less of Bore & more of Corporation water. This will keep the bore/well water source. This will keep the bore/well water source & pump in healthy condition since it is operated regularly at least twice a week if the corporation water is abundant. It can also be programmed for more of Bore & less of corporation water. This will ensure the usage of ground water to the maximum by reducing the corporation water at regular intervals will not let the corporation water to stagnate for long time & stink. Irrespective of this programmed ratio the system will automatically take on the other source if any source is unavailable or you can also select the pump selection to only one pump on auto operation selecting both pumps on Auto operation will only enable the Auto Change Over program.
